Description:
Bottle glass fragments x 2, curved, clear with faint blue-green tint and air bubbles in the glass. Sherd 1 has moulded Latin script lettering of an old fashion style with some letters only partially preserved: '...GH BOO(U)R(K) // ...GLAND'. (Possibly says 'BOOK' OR 'BOUK' or 'BOOR' or 'BOUR' and 'ENGLAND'.) Dimensions 6.9 x 3.5cm x 0.2cm thick. Sherd 2: clear glass with aqua tint, curved, 1.9 x 2.0cm, 0.1cm thick. Possibly from an English alcohol bottle? Surface find on ridge at No. 2 Outpost.
